Body sculpting is a non-invasive technique that helps target and kills stubborn fat cells. It helps to shape and contour the body part you struggle with the most, from your back, abdomen, arms hips, and thighs. Body sculpting doesn’t only destroy the fat but also helps increase blood circulation, reduces cellulite, and strengthens your connective tissue. This procedure involves little to no discomfort. Please consult with your physician before starting a new treatment!

Unfortunately, no. The only services allowed for pregnant or high-risk clients will be wood therapy, facials, or wax. The machines consist of radio frequency ultrasounds that can be harmful to the fetus.

Depending on the service, your treatment can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours. It Is recommended you book a package where you’ll see results over the next 3 months.

• Lipo cavitations/ radiofrequency - no less than 3 days, or up to 7 days

• Wood therapy- every 7 days

With body sculpting, you don’t need to worry about not eating for hours prior to other procedures. A few things we suggest here at NURA is:

• Have a healthy diet. NO MORE FAST FOODS! smoothies, detox drinks, are highly encouraged

• Increase your daily water intake two days prior to your appointment. We do encourage you to drink half a gallon of water daily regardless because we love a hydrated babe! However, since the radio frequency targets the water in your fat cells and remaining hydrated before and after your appointment will increase the effectiveness of the procedure.

• DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR OR AFTER YOUR TREATMENTS!

• When you work on a specific body part, please do not go to the gym to work on the same area for 24 hours. You need to let the cells heal.

• Do expect to feel some swelling, tenderness, slight bruising (if doing wood therapy) around the treatment area for a few days following your procedure. Pain is very minimal.
